FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
Who are the head coaches?
We have a pool of current and former A-League Academy Coaches who are appropriately accredited and experienced in both coaching and child protection.
Are there opportunities for regional coaches to be involved?
Yes. If a coaching clinic is being held in your region, local coaches are welcome to come down to observe. If you would like a more active role, please get in contact.
What is your cancellation policy?
Coaching clinics are non-refundable unless a medical certificate is provided. Please note that if you cannot make it, we are happy for you to transfer your spot to a friend or relative: just let us know. If Institute Sports Tours cancel a tour/clinic, you will be provided with a full refund.
What is your payment policy?
If booking a clinic using our online payment portal, full payment is expected at time of booking. If paying by bank transfer, your spot will be held for three business days and confirmed once payment has reached our accounts.
Our online payment portal offers all major credit cards as options. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please get in contact with us and we will provide the details. We do not accept cash payments at this stage.
All payments must be received in full before you can participate in one of our clinics. Services will be provided to you on the clinic date that you have booked.
You can reach us on 0422 129 432 or email@example.com
Do you still offer football tours?
We don’t offer tour to individuals but tours can be organised for club and school groups. Please get in contact to organise. Please note that payments for tours are not taken online: they are invoice only.
Can goalkeepers participate in the clinic?
Yes, goalkeepers are encouraged to sign-up. Professional goalkeepers work on their footwork in training at least two/three days a week so to get seriously looked at by an A-League scout, a goalkeeper’s footwork will need to be as good as an average ‘club level’ outfield player.
